The content here is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and figures shown are historical rather than a prediction.

Quotes and proposals

Written proposals are valid for 30 days. Work begins once the scope is accepted in writing. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is started — you will not receive an invoice for work you did not approve.

Your responsibilities

Projects depend on you supplying content, brand assets, access and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays in these move the timeline. You confirm that any content you provide is yours to use.

Ownership

On final payment, the website, its code and its content transfer to you, along with the relevant accounts and credentials. Third-party components remain under their own licences. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

SEO and results

No agency can guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, and we do not. Search results depend on competition, the condition of the existing site, your market and how long the work runs. We commit to the work described in the proposal, not to a specific position.

Support and maintenance

Post-launch support runs for the period stated in your proposal. Ongoing care plans are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
